CLASSES IN THE CLOUDS

After induction sessions, we offer three different class types; Foundation, Dynamic and Mixed Ability.

REFORMER FOUNDATIONS

A great place for anyone to start after an induction - this class is suitable for beginners or those who want to develop a correct and effective understanding of pilates and the reformer method.

 

You’ll learn the foundations of Pilates technique and focus on your form and the key elements including control, balance & precision.

 

These classes really are as hard as you make them. Even a reformer pro can enjoy and gain a lot from a Foundation class.

REFORMER DYNAMIC

An intermediate to advanced class for those of you who like a faster pace session. These classes are designed for experienced clients who have the knowledge, confidence and proficiency in the basic principles of Pilates, such as balance and control.

 

Dynamic reformer will combine foundational exercises with advanced options and a modern spin. We’ll be adding props, resistance bands and weights so that no two classes are ever the same.

 

Dynamic reformer sessions will include standing exercises and more advanced flows and sequences, requiring a higher level of fitness and stamina compared to our foundation level classes.

 

It is recommended that you attend at least five foundation classes before booking into a dynamic class.

REFORMER MIXED ABILITY

Suitable for everyone post-induction. We’ve added these to the timetable because we know lots of you travel to us. The aim is to make sure there are appropriate times for everyone to get to a suitable class.

 

In a mixed-ability class, we teach in layers and give several options throughout the class. This means you can meet us at your level either taking the more advanced options if you’re up for the challenge or simply strip it back if needed.

CORPORATE WELLNESS /

PARTY PACKAGES 

Want to take your staff or colleagues up into the Clouds? This can be the perfect team building sessions whilst working on strength, flexibility and most of all… having fun!

 

We can tailor these session to your group - whether you’re total beginners, a sports team wanting to try another discipline or a hen party wanting some feel good endorphins.

STRETCH & ALIGN/CANDLE-LIT

Ready for your Self Care Session?

 

This class combines movement to feel stretched, aligned and re-balanced. Focusing on lengthening the body and improving flexibility you’ll leave feeling stretched from head to toe.

 

A chance to take a slower class, to breathe and to stand a little taller. These sessions are candle lit through Autumn/winter for a magical experience in the clouds.

 

Candle Lit Reformer runs November - January.
