OUR INDUCTION POLICY
All newcomers to Cloud Pilates must book an induction session prior to booking onto one of our regular classes. We believe that inductions are vital to the smooth operation and safety of the studio.
Due to the nature of the practice itself, the commitment to high quality sessions and ultimately to avoid a negative impact on regular attendees, we require anyone without reformer pilates experience to book onto an induction session.
This ensures:
-
Our classes are the right level for you (see our different class types here)
-
You know where to find us, park and where to get ready for your session
-
You understand how the reformer machine works including safe and correct set up and spring tension
-
We can talk through your bespoke goals and the benefits reformer could have on your mind and body personally
-
We discuss our payment options and how to book
If you have undertaken regular reformer pilates training elsewhere, we are happy for you to skip the induction and join classes, but this previous experience must be on the ‘reformer beds’.
Thank you for your understanding ☁️
REFORMER RULES
Sock Policy
For hygiene and to keep our beds as clean as possible please wear socks for for your sessions. It is highly recommended that for safety you wear none-slip socks that have grip on the soles. Don’t worry, we stock these if you need to purchase them.
Attending the appropriate level class for you
So that clients get the most out of their time with us in the Clouds, we offer three different class types. You can read about the different class options that we offer here.
Attending the wrong level of class for you can result in you not getting the most out of your session, increase the likelihood of risking injury or you may struggle to keep up with the pace of the class.
Cleaning your reformer
At the end of each session please use the cleaning products provided to clean down the equipment. We’ll give you time to do this at the end of your session.
No phones during class
We know you may wish to bring your phone up to the clouds for a photo or video (don’t forget to tag us on socials we love to see) but once class has started phones need to be stored away and on silent.
Cancellation Policy
A full 24 hour cancellation policy is on all classes and sessions. This means a full 24 hours notice is needed for re-credits. THERE ARE NO CASH REFUNDS - Refunds are given in the form of credits.
Credit Policy
All credit and classes have a two month expiration date from the original purchase date. Once these classes have expired they can no longer be used.
